6.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics employs methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as „cookies,“ which are text files stored on your computer. The information generated about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Due to the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the collection of data generated by this cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Alternatively, you can click on this link to prevent future tracking by Google Analytics on this website. This will place an opt-out cookie on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will need to click the link again.

As part of remarketing, banner advertising, and newsletters, we use services from third parties that place cookies on our site. Section 8. Secure Data Transmission

Your personal information is securely transmitted to us using encryption. This also applies, of course, to your orders and customer login. We use the TLS (Transport Layer Security) or SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system. Furthermore, we secure our web pages and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, modification, or dissemination of your information.

Section 9. Deletion of Your Data

Nordic Bar Group ApS stores your data for 5 years from your last activity as a customer for accounting reasons. After this period, all data is automatically deleted.

Section 10. Data Processors and Data Processing Agreements

Nordic Bar Group ApS has entered into data processing agreements with all associated data processors, such as PR firms, hosting providers, developers, auditors, etc. The common factor among all these data processors is that they exclusively process data on behalf of Nordic Bar Group ApS. They never process data for their own purposes and are therefore not allowed to use the provided information for anything other than carrying out tasks assigned by Nordic Bar Group ApS.
